Cole has experience in the areas of management, marketing and customer service and has developed a deep understanding of operational and logistics management as well as management theory and advertising strategy. Cole has a Bachelor of Business Management and Economics from Griffith University. His industry experience in the retail, manufacturing and education industries have given him the skills to understand the challenges businesses face in the current environment and to assist through unpredictability and change.

Working with organisations, Cole aims to improve their resilience and response to disruptions in the modern-day business landscape and offers key insights to help maintaining Business Continuity. As a Business Resilience Consultant Cole works with clients to understand a their individual operational and business needs and deliver effective solutions to drive Business Resilience.
