Joshua Roach
Senior Manager, Risk & Resilience

Joshua is an ex-law enforcement and business governance specialist with multiple high-level skill sets in the development of emergency management capability, policies and plans, as well as emergency management and critical infrastructure exercises that combines people, process and technology to achieve organisational objectives. ​

This experience has led to Joshua teaching and mentoring on national exercise courses and lecture at Western Sydney University on subjects ‘disaster and emergency management’ and ‘disease prevention and control’.​

Joshua is passionate about business improvement and effective governance through the development of key business capabilities, stakeholder engagement and positive change via implementation of ‘lessons learnt’ from experience, training and global best practice.
