Geoff Rickards
Senior Manager, Risk & Resilience

Geoff is an experienced and motivated leader with more than 15 years experience in key leadership positions managing high-performing, cross-functional teams to meet strategic organisational goals. During his extensive military career and more recently as a business executive, Geoff has developed and honed a unique breadth of skills to critically analyse and solve complex organisational problems, influencing change and action – especially in demanding, high-stakes environments.

Geoff brings significant operational crisis management experience and a unique leadership perspective on developing strategic plans to improve organisational resilience and capability. His passion and drive for continuous improvement extends to his ability to inspire change and achieve best practice results.

Geoff is a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a deep understanding of Government agencies, particularly Defence, Health, and Education.
